By purchasing or using Sleeplull ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Software.
Sleeplull is a Windows desktop application that generates binaural beat audio and provides guided exercises for relaxation, sleep, focus and related purposes. It is a digital product delivered as a downloadable executable file (Sleeplull.exe).
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Software on one computer only. Each license key is locked to a single device via hardware-based activation.
Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), our Merchant of Record. After successful payment, a receipt and license key are delivered to your email automatically. The Software is downloaded from our website.
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on purchases. To request a refund, contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. Your license key will be deactivated upon refund.
Sleeplull is designed for relaxation and personal development purposes. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Do not use while driving or operating machinery. If you have epilepsy, a heart condition, or any medical concern, consult a physician before use. You use the Software at your own discretion and risk.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to improved sleep, focus, or lucid dreaming.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sleeplull shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance.
