• Purchase information: When you buy Sleeplull, our payment processor (Creem) collects your email address, billing country, and payment details. We receive your email address and order details from our payment processor.
• License information: When you activate your license key, we receive a machine identifier (a hashed, non-reversible code generated from your computer's hardware) and your license key. This is used solely to enforce single-device licensing.
• Support correspondence: If you contact us at [email protected], we keep the content of our correspondence.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver your order and license key

• To enforce license terms (one license key per computer)

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), our Merchant of Record. We do not store or process your credit card details. Creem's handling of your data is governed by Creem's Privacy Policy.

We retain order and license records for as long as your license is active, and support correspondence for up to 3 years.
